FEES FOR SERVICES

Break / fix work $69.00 / hr charged in 15 minute blocks

Travel charge           - within 15km of base is free of charge
   (one way)                  - 15 to 30km - $15.00
                                     - 30 to 40km - $30.00
                                   - over 40km   - $30.00 + $1.25 per km

After hours callout $138.00 + normal travel and Break / fix rates

Urgent response $138.00 + normal travel and Break / fix rates

Consultation and $69.00 / hr charged in 15 minute blocks

* All rates and fees listed are for both Home Business and Home PCs and Networks

** All fees listed above include GST of 15%. A GST invoice will be issued for all work performed.

*** New accounts are required to pay by Pro Forma (ie: payment required on the day work is completed). Payment this way can be made by cheque, bank deposit or cash. All accounts are strictly payable seven (7) days from date of invoice. Goods and services will not be supplied to overdue accounts until such time as the account is settled. Accounts over 30 days in arrears will incur penalty fees and accounts over 3 months will be handed to a recovery firm.
