IT@Home do not build or stock new devices ourselves. If a new computer or other
hardware is needed, our advice is unbiased and based solely on your
needs and our experience in the field - not on sales targets or the need
to shift stock.
When setting up the company, I kept value for money and excellent customer service in mind. I therefore chose to align myself with three leaders - Chillisoft, Ingram Micro and PB Technologies.
- Ingram Micro is the largest importer of
all things I.T. in New Zealand and as one of their resellers, I am able to offer
named brands at pricing that is very competitive.
- PB Technologies is very similar to Ingram Micro in that they too import directly from the manufacturers. They sell directly to
the public, have a greater range of product and also have their own branded desktop units as well as the more
recognised brands. Again, as one of their resellers, I am able to pass
on savings to my clients that beat even their excellent retail pricing.
- Chillisoft is the
local representative for ESET's group of Antivirus suites (eg: NOD32, Smart Security). I have worked
with their product for well over a decade and as well as winning accolades from independent testers for being the best on
the market in virus protection and prevention, the product is arguably
the best bang for anyone's buck whether it be a corporate or home user.
