Lance has to be one of the best IT "Geeks" when it comes to speaking in plain English about what you require. Unlike so many outfits that charge you an arm and a leg to tell you that they can't help because the doohickey has a whatsit and technobabble has over whozmied, and could you please talk to your bank manager to get a second mortgage to pay for the consultation. Oh, and they could probably clock the yackaty schmack to make it stumble along if you take out a third mortgage.
If you need work doing on your machine, or want to squeeze a bit more performance out, Lance is the man to help you. And if he can't help - he tells you up front! He doesn't string you along just for the extra money. An IT Personage with integrity!

Lance Hill did some work on my computer for me this year. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me what needed to be done and how my computer could be running better, in an easy to understand way.

my “Go To” guy for all computer problems Big or Small.
Lance has
provided hardware repairs and solutions, sorted out software problems,
re-organised my overloaded email account and put simple plans in place to
future manage these. He has helped me sort out computer security for home and
office, trained me and customised my computer settings to help me spend less
time trouble shooting or “Logging On” and more time getting the job
